Cyl-Tec started as a family-owned business focused on re-certifying high pressure steel and aluminum cylinders in 1991, founded by the Bennett family. It quickly evolved into an international supplier of new high-quality gas cylinders, acetylene cylinders, and cryogenic tanks. As of December 2021, we have become a 100% employee-owned company, operating from our 170,000 square foot facility located in Aurora, Illinois.
